Email and Anti-Spam Policy

This policy applies to all domains operated by Mattia Intini, including mattiaintini.com, intiniwebatelier.com, mattiaintinisystem.com, mattiaintiniautomations.com and mattiaintiniai.com.

What we do not allow

We prohibit the advertising or promotion of our websites and services through unsolicited bulk email or any form of spam. This prohibition applies to us, to any contractor working on our behalf, and to any third party or affiliate. We do not operate affiliate programs.

How we use email

• Business email is sent one to one, from an identified personal sender, to businesses only (never to consumers), referencing publicly available business information.
• Every message identifies the sender with real name, business identity and working contact details.
• Any request to stop receiving email is honored immediately and permanently through a suppression list applied before every send.
• We do not use false or misleading header information, deceptive subject lines, or harvested consumer addresses.
• Sending volumes are deliberately low and capped per mailbox.

We aim to comply with applicable regulations including the GDPR and Italian law (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended). To report abuse involving any of our domains, or to request suppression of your address, contact info@mattiaintini.com. Reports are acted on promptly.
